We found that our request to issue this customer a credit on their Duke Energy bill wasn't processed back when it was originally requested. It has since been given to Duke Energy to process on 4/2/15. The credit should show on their next Duke Energy bill created after 4/2/15 and be shown...
as being included in any payment they made towards their last Duke Energy bill.
All customer inquiries to Mr. [redacted] are given to me for a response. I have checked my files and can find no letter from this customer. If you can get a copy of the letter I will be glad to respond to their concerns.

His contract has been cancelled. No termination fee required. We have left messages for this customer and will attempt to contact them again today.
We spoke with this cusotmer on 12/2/14 and 12/8/14.
