We found that our request to issue this customer a credit on their Duke Energy bill wasn't processed back when it was originally requested It has since been given to Duke Energy to process on 4/2/ The credit should show on their next Duke Energy bill created after 4/2/and be shown as being included in any payment they made towards their last Duke Energy bill

The communications mentioned in the inquiry were with our call center Notes in our records indicate the information was mailed to the customer In the morning on March 4, someone from my group contacted this customer They emailed him a copy of the requested information then also mailed out a copy Unless this inquiry was made after that date, we have provided this customer the information by email and regular mail

We spoke with this cusotmer on 12/2/14 and 12/8/14.
