 They refused to make situation right. There is no resolution. It is what it is. I read response, the fact is they screwed my car up, charged me for it and refused to make it right. He says I hung up on him, I asked him yes or no, are you gonna make this right. He said no. I said then there is nothing left to talk about, goodbye. then I hung up. He can make all the excuses he wants, the facts are the facts. I have had three different shops do work on the car with no problems or complaints, all three took longer than they said it would, cost more than they said it would but had satisfactory explanations, I told all three that's fine long as its right when I get it back. To me, that tells the story right there.
