Dynotronics

Over 2 1/2 months ago, I requested an ultrasound head to be send to me. It was still part of the warranty, so it had to be a free service. They suggested for my credit card to be charged for a guaranteed deposit until they receive the damage head back to their warehouse. Since then, every day I have been calling and asking for my credit and they have been giving me so many excuses of why they had not processed the credit.
It is a shame that after so many years of doing business, a miss management made me an ex-customer!

The customer in question sent his ECU in for a bench flash. We flashed it and sent it back out UPS. UPS lost the package, however it was insured. We attempted to contact the customer to tell him this and offer several solutions, but could never get an... answer. At this point we have a complete new ECU sitting here on the bench( UPS was kind enough to pay for it), but no idea what he wants to do, because it will require a visit to the dealer to re calibrate to the car [redacted] Dynotronics,Inc
