DynPro was to migrate data from [redacted] to [redacted] in approximately 30 days. Check accepted, cashed, and after 6 months migration not delivered.After reviewing several [redacted] programs, [redacted] was selected. On 7/22/13 [redacted] at [redacted] selected [redacted] from DynPro to assist with project. DynPro spent until 8/30/13 reviewing our database to make sure they could accomplish the migration. Invoice/contract dated 8/30/13 for $7,635 for migration, implementation, training, and 8 license. Check issued, cashed, and over next 5-6 months attempts made but project not completed. On 2/11/14 I requested by certified mail a full refund within 7 days as project wasn't completed by late September as agreed. Late March 2014 we requested legal assistance in obtaining refund on the unfulfilled contract. The initial refund request sent from our lawyer went to the last registered agent on file however [redacted] advised he had not served as registered agent since 2012. A second refund request in the amount of $7,635 was sent certified mail 4/29/14 to [redacted] President of DynPro, Inc. in [redacted] NC with payment to be issued in seven(7) days to [redacted] Again, the certified letter was received but no refund issued. There has been no contact between [redacted] and DynPro since legal action was taken.Desired Settlement[redacted] is seeking a full refund of the check made payable 8/30/13 to DynPro at [redacted] NC for $7,635.00 as we have not received anything of value.
