This is in response to Mr [redacted] concerns regarding repairs to his facia boardsThe manager, [redacted] ***, has been in contact many times with Mr [redacted] regarding his concernsThere have been repairs to areas of facia board on his home alreadyThe board of directors has requested Mr [redacted] attend a board meeting so they may speak to him regarding his requestMr [redacted] has not attended a meeting to date, but the board hopes he does soon as they have questions about the areas in question.The manager for the community will ask the board to approve the repairs so the issue may be put to restThe manager or management company is not authorized to spend the association's money without board of director's direction and approvalThe association is under going repair projects throughout the entire communityThe association does not have the funds to address all of the repairs which include roofs, facia and fence repairs and must prioritize the repairs.The management company and board of directors are working very hard to address every owners concern and repair requestsMr [redacted] request has not fallen on deaf ears, and will be brought to the attention of the board once againIf you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at anytimeThank you[redacted] ###-###-#### Ext***
