Very sorry about this situation. We were very busy over the Halloween Rush that we hired a few new people to help out with packaging and customer service. I was not aware that this situation was not handled properly. The refund for the Return shipping has been issued and the

I am rejecting this response because:PayPal took a fee out of my shipping refundIt's not much, but after all of the frustration and footwork I had to do to get almost all my money back, it was just one more bit of nonsense
