I bought a vacuum and a fan from Dyson and I needed to help so I used their customer service. Not only are my products amazing but their customer service representatives were hands down the friendliest and most useful reps I have ever dealt with. They honestly made my day and I still rave about them!

We have been using your vacuums for many years. Previous to the ball I had an upright ***. It was ***. *** I compared all the models and decided that I would try this canister animal. *** This vacuum is so un-functional. Constantly you have to clear out the little area by the base of the ball. The beater bar works when it wants to. Regardless how much I clean it. If I run it more then 30 min it would smell funny. *** It barley even picks up a leaf. I'm so dissatisfied with this vacuum. *** Plus the cord is so short that I constantly have to change where it's plugged it. *** Now it died and I had to spend time on the phone verifying to your technician if it died or not. I was asked if I waited 2 hours before I tried it again. If you think about the lack of confidence I had in your company that a technician felt it was acceptable standard to wait 2 hours for a vacuum that I'm sure I paid $700 for it to restart.
I am very disappointed in this model. Now I must wait a week for a box to ship it back. And I'm not even sure how long before it gets repaired and sent back. Not very happy.

Now to send it back I have spent hours calling *** who make me call dyson back because neither company can just flip this from a *** to canada post. The customer service at dyson were rude when I tried to explain that I received this box via canada post but could not send it back. Now I have to travel to a *** outlet to get it back. ***
My Vacuum was received in Calgary service department Nov 6th tracking ***
I have tried multiple times to find out where my machine is, status of repair, never get an answer, waited for a manager to return my call twice now and they have not. I called back on December 7th was given assurance that someone would call and resolve this on the 8th. NO one called.

Desired Outcome

At this point I am requesting an new vacuum and it to be sent expedited delivery

Hello, We were able to speak with Mrs. and we were able to replace her unit for her.

Ordered a vacuum on November 24th, 2017 and the online My Account said it was processing on the 25,26,27,28th of November. I called and got yelled at by a representative about a wrong date. I then contacted them again and spoke to another representative who said she will call back within 24hours. I'm still waiting, spoke with the manager team and am still waiting for her to phone back. I am wondering if I will ever receive this vacuum.

I ordered online a refurbished V6 Dyson cordless vacuum. It was delivered by *** on Sept 13, 2017. The charger supplied does not match the vacuum, and I called Dyson immediately. They said they'd get a replacement charger for me, no charge. Then I heard nothing. I received a filter assembly which I hadn't ordered via Express Post. Thinking they had mistaken the filter assembly for the charger, I called and emailed, only to find that the charger was backordered. They didn't know when the order would be shipped. Because a friend checked with Dyson US, I got the proper part number and determined that the chargers WERE available. Also found the part at another online supplier of OEM parts. Only then did I remember the Revdex.com, and am feeling sort of stupid now because of their horrible customer service record. Dyson still says that they expect that the chargers will be in next week (notice no guarantees). Since their credibility with me is now zero, I doubt that this will happen. I am prepared to dispute the charge to my credit card since the order is incomplete without a way to charge the machine.
