Yesterday I looked online and seen that they had a Kia Sorento that I really liked (even though it had a lot more miles that I was comfortable with)I spoke on the phone with Luis, said I was interested, and asked if he would wait for me to get there before closing (I was half way there, an hour away)After asking my credit score (which is good), he agreed to wait for meI got there within the hour only to find out that Luis had LIED!!! The gates were locked and everyone was goneIt was a HOUR round trip (Not counting any traffic)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r\nI went there with good credit, a $down payment, and every intention of buying that SorentoAfter reading all the bad reviews on their other Yelp account, I don\'t know why I gave them the benefit of the doubt!! Horrible customer service! They are clearly not interested in making any salesDon\'t waste your time!!
