They do GOOD WORK and I was VERY SATISFIED with the job But I made the mistake of letting them go get caulk (when they ran out while caulking around my vanity!) and that time on the clock cost me at least $I had the feeling that was going to be on my bill and I should have asked about it, and upon receiving the news, should have finished the job myself - so it was MY FAULT! They also had the clock running as they drove to my house That may be for plumbers, but I was surprised that I should pay for that time Again, I should have asked so that was MY FAULT also
