Still have an issue with this provider of our furnace Shortly after it was installed, late in 2015, I contacted the owner, George "Toby" D [redacted] about the issue, leaking valve, and it is not September 21, and the valve is still leaking Now mind you, I have had several conversations over the pursuing months and all I have gotten is the runaround and excuses I don't believe George knows what customer service actually means
