Still have an issue with this provider of our furnace. Shortly after it was installed, late in 2015, I contacted the owner, George "Toby" D[redacted] about the issue, leaking valve, and it is not September 21, 2016 and the valve is still leaking. Now mind you, I have had several conversations over the pursuing months and all I have gotten is the runaround and excuses. I don't believe George knows what customer service actually means.
