We understand you are upset about the delay, however there is no fraud or lying involved. Since [redacted] has financed the car through us we have to charge the 190 Registration Fee in order to process the motor vehicle work. Motor Vehicle charges the 190 fee and we have to show it to them that it was paid for by the customer. Unfortunately, the fee is non-refundable because the financing is done through DZ Motors and we are trying to get your license plate and registration within this week. Regards, DZ Motors

I wasn't able to confirm that [redacted], however as a goodwill gesture DZ Motors sent $500 check to the costumer. This resolves the matter to [redacted] full satisfaction.

The vehicle is not financed through DZ Motors, it is financed through [redacted]. The $190 on the bill of sale is labeled as NJ Supplemental Titling Fee. This fee is for NEW vehicles that are to be registered in NEW JERSEY which cost over $45,000 or have a combined MPG under 19. Read it yourself here: [redacted]I went and spoke to Lee M[redacted] this past Monday and he made the promise to get me the plates this week. IF I FIND OUT THERE HAS BEEN NO ACTION AND [redacted] HAS NOT RECEIVED REGISTRATION PAPERWORK FOR MY VEHICLE BY THE END OF THIS WEEK YOU WILL BE CRIMINALLY HELD LIABLE FOR FRAUD. YOU CAN TRUST ME ON THAT.

I am rejecting this response because:The business took 30 days to fix what they could've fix in a one or two days. Gave me a hardest time I ever had with any business by playing phone tags with me, lying about...

owner name, putting me on hold for 20 and more minutes, and when I left my info never calling me back. That is until I complain to Revdex.com and Attorney General of NJ. Than they call me the next day, but still didn't offer the fix.The business never explain what happens, never told me why this happens, never offer me any compensation or even just the appology.It is very clear to me that this company DZ Motors is involved in fraud business practices by scamming customers to buying warranty for $3000 for which they paid much less to wholesaler. Than they cancel it hopping customers will never use it so they can profit from keeping the difference.I hope the Attorney General of NJ will stop this fraud business from scamming more customers.

Review: I bought a vehicle from this dealership and had it in my garaged location, paid 555.00 a month including a four thousand dollars down payment on a used [redacted] convertible. The primary owner and I had a mutual agreement and never gave me a sign agreement after constantly asking for one, so after a couple of years owning the car in my possession and trying to obtain a copy of my title which I called for numerous occasions and had no success. My complaint here is that ive been a victim of a scam and stolen property, I have a lawyer currently working on my case, but this dealership should not be the meaning of a buisness and doing things the right way. they are scam artist and currently the owner is in jail for housing scam and federal charges.Desired Settlement: 24,000.00
