DZ Moving did a great job moving our family to our new homeThey were polite young men that made sure to use padding on all of our furnitureBest hourly rate I have seen from a professional moving company in LouisvilleWe also had a small truck and they carefully made sure to pack the truck in such a way so everything fit with no damageIn an industry known for getting ripped off, this was the best moving experience I had by far! I will be using this moving company in the future and would recommend them to others

The owner gave me an estimate for my move and then a few days before the move, called
and added another mover which immediately raised the cost of the move substantially
The move took much longer than he estimated and two items were damaged or brokenI
had a brand new Entertainment center that they didn't have to move from one residence
to another, only moved it from downstairs to upstairsThey took it outside from the
garage and into the front door and damaged the doorAt first the owner offerred to have
the door fixed but weeks later when it had not been fixed he offerred me $for itIt
can not be repaired and I am having to dismantle it and discard it due to the damage and
the mishandling that caused the doors to no longer be aligned and could not be adjusted
enough to correct itIn addition, an artisan platter was broken that I had gotten at the St
James Art Fair that could not be replacedI had paid $for it and the owner offered
me $18.00,

A good friend of mine recommended DZ Moving to me and I'm glad she didI was in a pickle having to help my Mom move to her dream home in FloridaI was very worried about getting my Mother's precious antiques down to Florida without them being in pieces by the time we got there, and DZ Moving delivered, both literally and figuratively! The guys were great, and made me feel at ease with their exceptional packing and moving skillsNot only did they get me and Mom to Florida safe with her belongings, but they also stayed for a while and made sure things were in place before they left us Don't hesitate to call these guys! They will definitely take great care of you

We have a 2hr minimum on all jobs after that we charge by 30 min increments. Customer only had enough money for 2 hrs and had enough furniture to last 8 hrs. We explained to customer we can only load for an hr if she only wants to pay for 2 hrs. We can move more items but that takes more time and...

money that customer did not want to pay for. Nothing was damaged. Yes customer was hung up on because she was cussing us out.
