Marilyn D[redacted] represented the seller for a house we were under contract to buy. After serious saftey concerns were found during the home inspection Marilyn became very unprofessional as we tried to re-negotiate to have some of the concerns remedied. I question her business ethics and morality. She even attempted bully techniques before we legally opted out of the contract. I do not recommend her unprofessional services to anyone.
