At this time, I have not spoken with anyone from E and G Group regarding complaint ID [redacted].  I received a voice mail on January 6, 2015 from someone named Anthony but I have called back on many occasions 
and been sent to the general voicemail box.  I spoke with Liz (an employee covering phones) who took a message and said someone would get back to me.

I received the attached complaint from [redacted] regarding an item listed on her credit report. I do not have any information regarding [redacted]. She would need to contact the agency that has placed this item on her credit, so they can resolve any issues she may have...

regarding her account.There is usually a phone number listed on the credit report that indicates the company that has her collections file.

I am rejecting this response because (per my original letter)  I was told by [redacted] of [redacted], the collection agency on my report, that this information was given to him regarding my former residence at [redacted] Apartments.  E & G Group owns and operates [redacted] Apartments.  I was directed to contact them.
I left messages for Anthony and I have spoke with "Liz" who was covering phones for the office; neither has provided me with any response concerning my inquiry.
Since there is no record of me then I want them to contact [redacted] and instruct them to remove this inaccuracy from my credit report.
