I am rejecting this response because:I was never abusive or threatening, although I did state that I would be filing a Revdex.com complaint as they would not offer any resolution other than for me to check my hand loading.(I did my testing on my hand loading and even at the LOWEST recommended charge weights with different powders the pressure problems still existed) I stated in my emails to them that even retail boxed factory loaded ammunition would not even fire without high pressure problems, and they blamed the factory ammo for being overcharged This has been a pattern in each correspondence with them; to blame someone else rather than admit their product was at fault and defective All I am asking of them is to accept that their product is defective and a refund of my purchase price
