I went back twice to get my husband's leather coat (both cross-town trips). When I went to pick it up after three weeks the first time, one of the sleeves had been colored and the other hadn't. I was told by the receptionist when I dropped it off that coloring was included in the very expensive price of $45.00. When I went the second time after another week, the same sleeve that wasn't colored before, still wasn't colored. They charged me full price, and I brought it home and colored that sleeve myself. Baird's used to be the best cleaners in town, but now I can no longer trust them. The front desk personnel tried to get ahold of the owner, but she was gone. I expected a reduction in the price of the service, but that wasn't forthcoming (the front desk people apparently don't have that authority). Definite service failure.
