E & B Rentals

I rented a place from E&B Rentals from 07/2003 - 07/2011 at 1702 N. Oxford Ave. Eau Claire, WI. 54703 I paid full deposit of $275, as well as $275 rent. I was told that if I cleaned place, E&B Rentals would take off $45.00 off my rent, it never happened. I was also told that if I cleaned the outside, another $70.00 would be taken off my rent, it never happened. I was only late with my rent twice in that whole time, I had paid the late fee's, but then they started charging with things like un-freezing the pipes at $16.00 a time, and I didn't even know it. There are four other apartments in the building, and I asked all the other tennants if they were being charged, and they said no. I got evicted over it, and even lost my security deposit. I'm also diabled. now I'm having an issue with other landlords with problem of wanting to rent to me, maybe I might find a landlord that knows how [redacted] runs his business. This matter really needs to be looked into. I didn't get my deposit returned, they figured out a way to keep that as well. Thank-you for your time on this matter.
