I am rejecting this response because:
My payment history does not matter in this situation because the company charges me for being late so they are compensated, also I'm not disputing the fact that I had my storage locked with two locks because I did not read...

the lease agreement that is why I am  not going after those charges which also were not outlined that they would occur; what I am disputing is the fact that I was charged for the cutting of E&B lock when I clearly did not cut it and the fact that when I tried to ask on what grounds I was  being charged for the lock I was clearly told it was me who cut the lock by the proprietor, he also informed me that they monitor the campus with security footage. Also to add when I asked for the camera footage to be looked at I was informed I would have to pay for the time. As far as I am concerned after reading the responses to the questions at hand and the way they are giving irrelevant information and running around the point their character is in question and I really feel like they just charged me extra and no lock was cut.
