Wonderful company to buy products from. They respect and work to please the customer. They are fast and always very efficient. They have honest business ethics with a concious in serving their customers. I am always so pleased with they wonderful way I have been treated by this company over the years. When I purchase an order from them they work on the order quickly, which means they / quickly e-mail me and let me know they have received the order and will e-mail me shortly....and about an an hour or two later they confirm that the order has placed and is being shipped. Then approximately around 4-6 hours later they send an e-mail stating the order tracking number and it usually states the order will be recieved the very next day (this is usually if I place an order with e-beautique ( divatress) on a weekday business day during the week before 2 p.m. They are just simply amazing, I have learned to trust this company, when they are out of stock of my usual favorite hair pieces and supplies I feel nervous and uneasy about having to look to another company to trade with as I have dealt with unscrupulous beauty supply and wig companies online, I do not live near any wig and beauty supply stores in my area so I have no other choice but to purchase from online suplpliers, but not all of them are trustworthy, I have experienced terrible customer service from many online wig and beauty supply co's that I am very careful in what company I choose to buy from I learn from other consumers reviews and their experiences. THIS COMPANY IS TRUSTWOTHY THEY CARE ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I am very satisfied by this company and only wish I had this experience with other wig and beauty supply companies, but unfortunately not every business has concious integrity and proper ethics and values their customers. I am never ordering from Divatress again. I paid almost 70.00 for second day shipping and they sent me an email saying they will hold my order until I send them a copy of the front and back of my debit card and my drivers license. I responded by telling them that it was an invasion of my privacy, I would not be sending them such private information, and to cancel my order. They sent me another email that my order was successful and they will ship it. I messaged them on facebook, and told them to cancel my order because I needed my package in 2 days, which would be the day after they sent my package. They said that they could try to get the order to me next day. I said fine. I received the package late, and I messaged them and they ignored my message. I tried calling their number as well, and it is always busy. The person who emailed me was [redacted] Horrible customer service, so be careful! They had no right to hold my order and easily release it when I told them no, and to cancel!
