Review: I was given an item for Christmas this year from this company, the item was what I desired however it does not function. It was a headset with light up earphones and the left side does not produce sound. The lights also do not function. I tried their website which was primarily Chinese, however I went into search it took me about a month to find a proper email address listed for the states. When I sent an email it came as invalid recipient. I tried 3 more email addresses for a total of 4 different emails. Not one went through as valid. After a while I came across a phone number. [redacted] I have called multiple times a day every day for about a week now all during their normal business hours. Each call was met with a voicemail response explaining they would get back to me. I'm concerned because I do not have a way to contact them that my product will be ineligible for a return...and I want it exchanged. I just want a functioning tool. This was a 300$ headset which is very expensive for what it is. The item has a year warranty but I worry that due to whenever it may have been purchased (Keep in mind this was a gift I have no documentation) so I know not what will happen. I've come to you today asking for help because this company refuses to supply customer service to go with their technology.Desired Settlement: I want the item replaced. Simple as that. I have the original packaging, everything they could need. I'm willing to ship it myself if they will send me a new one. I do not expect compensation beyond a simple phone call, and an address to ship the old set back, and a confirmation number of the shipment of a new set.

Review: In March of 2013, I purchased a computer mouse manufactured by E-Blue America via Amazon. In August of 2013, the mouse began to experience communication problems which were similar to what many other users of this mouse were reporting, so I contacted the US office to honor their warranty.After my email was ignored, I took my complaint to Facebook, where the Taiwan office responded to me with a valid email address. I filled out some forms to validate my return, as the item was still under warranty, and the Taiwan office convinced the US office, run by [redacted], to finally respond to my concerns. A week later (after I located a replacement mouse to use in the interim), I mailed my defective mouse to Hillside NJ, with a postal tracking number. The item arrived safely.Five days later, I asked for an update. Ten days later, I asked for another update. E-Blue did not respond, and the Taiwan office could not get the US office to respond either. It is now two weeks after my mouse was returned for a replacement, and over one month since the problem first arose and I had to convince E-blue to honor their warranty. The US office has severed communication, so I'm left without a mouse, without the money I paid for the mouse, and without the money I paid to safely ship this to the US office (as they would not provide a shipping label for their own defective item).Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund from the company in the amount I originally paid for the mouse, including shipping and my shipping charges associated with mailing this to Hillside NJ : $26.59. I can provide receipts for all of these transactions.I'd rather not have to deal with another broken mouse from this company, or deal with them ever again if possible.

Please pardon our delay in responding to a complaint filed against our company, Eblue america inc. The file number is ID[redacted]. As you may have in file, this person bought this product from a company online on March 21, 2013 called Shining Tek in Amazon. We are not that company. Neither are we the manufacturer or distributor that sold it to him. At the time of purchase, we were none existence for our company was incorporated in May of 2013. Furthermore, if you are so willing, please take a look at the paper work provided by the person who filed the complaint and you will find that our name is not part of this transaction.

So please readdress this issue and make correction on your findings.
