Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I would like to have this complaint re-opened [redacted] with Pest Control (Trutech Inc.) came by on our apartment on February 12th and assured us we had horse flies in our apartment & it was not due to a dead carcass as we suspectedI came back from vacation today, February 16th, to at least a hundred flies in my apartment (see attached photo) I did a little research online and apparently these are not horse flies they are cluster flies, which any pest control should have known, and they are associated with a dead carcassI talked to my neighbors & apparently this has been an ongoing issue since before we moved in a year ago with the rats & flies Letting us out of our lease will only create this problem for a new tenant & cause us an unnecessary hardship to move & change my sons daycare etcI would like for the apartment to hire movers to move us into a different unit that doesn't have rat problems Thanks, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern- Revdex.com Case #[redacted] Tramor at the Quest- Unit #[redacted] Our pest technician located flies in the backyard in unit #[redacted] and assessed it was due to a pile up of dog feces in the yard. The pests were treated per the request of resident, [redacted].  Attached is the Pest Control overview of the treatment completed on 2/15/16. We have worked tirelessly to complete treatment, with continual respect to not use poison in the interior of the apartment for the rodents, per the residents’ request. Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] have consistently impeded our ability to resolve this [redacted] promptly and with success. Now, we need to protect our property and the neighboring apartments.  We will not be transferring the residents to another unit within Tramor Properties. We have offered on numerous occasions (since the beginning of this [redacted]) to let them out of their lease without penalty. We have also proposed a financial move out incentive as well as their deposits back in full.  With the variety and plethora of apartment communities available in the surrounding area, as well as the financial incentive offered by Tramor totaling $900, we believe it should not be problematic for them to find a home better suited for their needs while we take care of our community and remaining tenants. This is an unfortunate situation but we are taking steps to continually resolve this [redacted], even with Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] stifling the success of treatment.
