I hired ECO Builders to level the front of my house in 2010. In 2015, I was having problems with buckling flooring in the living room so I called them. They inspected and said it was a problem with my flooring, not the leveling. On 9/8/2015 I paid them $600 as a deposit for repairing and relaying the flooring. That contract said they expected to do the work between Oct. 5-9, 2015. The work kept getting delayed. In March 2016, they sent someone to work on the flooring, but when he took it up, the subfloor itself wasn't level- the workman took a picture showing how far off it was with his level and sent it to ECO. ECO then agreed that their post was too high and agreed to fix it. They wouldn't give me a refund for the $600 I had paid for work that wasn't needed, but did agree to do some work on the porch railing and relay the torn up part of the floor for the same amount. They were finally scheduled to come out in June, 2016, to do the work. They didn't show up this morning as scheduled. When I called they said an emergency had come up at another site. They are rescheduled for next week.
