I purchased a seven year Auto Armor environmental paint protection system from ECP Inc. all of the upper painted surfaces are fading, chalking and have a loss of gloss, resulting from exposure to the sun and acid rain. ECP has denied my claim by saying that it is a manufacturers defect and that the clear coat is delaminating. Even the inspector that they sent out said that it was damage from sun exposure and acid rain. He also stated that this was a very obvious case of valid damage.
