In response to cleaning authority, the two girls sent to clean my home did not clean my home but took a duster and walked around looking at the walls. They did not clean my bathrooms, did not remove the garbage from the rooms where I pointed out the garbage had to be removed. Nothing was dusted or vacuumed. The kitchen was not even looked at by them. When I told them the list I was given they said they only do touch ups as this was the week for a touch up clean. I said I was a new customer so needed a full clean. That was when I called their office to reach the manager. A woman showed up in a bit and took a look around. She said she would help them take out the garbage, I said at this point I would not pay for these girls just standing around doing nothing and wanted them to leave. The owner of the company had gone through a specific list of details of how thoroughly they would clean. They did not do anything close to what was promised. My husband and I spent the rest of the day cleaning up. We had just moved into our home, which was dusty and dirty and required help cleaning as we are two seniors. Instead these two young girls came in, were busy on their cell phone and did nothing but walk around the house. I want it made clear that the girls sent to clean did not do what we, my husband and I, were told they would do. I will not pay them and feels the need that this complaint be on their record so others are not ripped off by this company.
