Review: Failure to sent vehicles title. Havent bein able to contact tim at e car garageDesired Settlement: I need the vehicles title or refund with a additional amount for the rental I had to get after my 30 day tags expired

We are working with our floorplan company to get this title released to him ASAP. Unfortunately our business experienced some major financial issues. We will get the title to him ASAP.

Review: Tim D[redacted], listed as the president of Ecar Garage, sold me a 2000 [redacted] on 7/23/16 for $2300. I paid in cash for the car. He stated that the inspection sticker was 'new' and that he left the lot unlocked and the inspection sticker was stolen. He offered to pick the car up the next day to have his mechanic put a new inspection sticker on the car and would mail us the title.

We have been called Mr. D[redacted] many times per week since that time with no results. As of today his phone has been disconnected and we still do not have a title nor the inspection sticker.

*It is important to note that Mr. D[redacted] also said he would replace the front left tire because it had a slow leak.Desired Settlement: We want the title and clean inspection or our cash back.

Review: Tim D[redacted] sold my truck on consignment. He got the money for my truck and did not pay off my loan. He instead used the money to pay his other bounced checks and bounced a check to my fin ance company leaving me with a truck payment to make with no truck!!! He also let this person who bought my truck have my tags! The title and registration is still in my name as he couldn't change it without paying off the loan and registering it in the new purchasers name.Desired Settlement: Tim D[redacted] sold my truck on consignment. He took the money he got for my truck and spent it covering his bad checks instead of paying off my truck loan! Now someone in another state has my truck that I still have to pay for every month with my tags still on the truck! Either get my truck back or pay the loan off!

He has since disconnect his cell phone number and is not responsive. I have made two truck payments on a truck that I no longer have possession of and still owe thousands of dollars on. His response is not acceptable and I want my truck back now!!

Review: I purchased a car from Tim D[redacted] at E Car Garage @ 1[redacted] Oct. 23,2015. Two months later I still haven't received a car title. I have heard every excuse from it has been sent through [redacted], to the previous owner should have sent it. This business has had complaints about the same issues/others before. I live in OH and met this car dealer when I drove to VA to buy a car from another shady dealer. I have also been told by [redacted] on more than one occasion he would send another set of temporary tags or I can even have my money back. This dealer hasn't dont anything he has said he would do This is very unprofessional and bad for business!!

Review: I purchased the [redacted] on 14 June 13. I was provided a 30 day temp tag. I was told I would have the plates delivered within 2 weeks. The Title was to be sent to my [redacted] within a month. The Seller has not been responsive to my inquiries. My tags are expiring and my loan rates will increase significantly if the Title is not delivered by 14 July 13.Desired Settlement: I would like the plates and the Title delivered as promised.

My experience with eCar Garage was very positive. I got a great car for a great price, and the owner could not have been more honest and upfront with me.

Review: I purchased a 2005 [redacted] from [redacted] and [redacted] on Saturday 3/23/2013. Our vehicle was never inspected like it should of been. The inspection sticker on it was expired. We had to put $600.00 into two wheel bearings which are a safety issue which was obviously messed up on the truck.As of today 5/13/13. I still have yet to recieve the title to my SUV. [redacted] and I spoke about a 450.00 agreentment. [redacted] was not spoken to by me about anything. [redacted] has told me twice that he was going to overnight me the agreed upon $450.00 so I can pay back my work since that is where I had the work done on the truck because they have told me that they were going to terminate employment if I did not pay.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the amount agreed upon of $450.00 by me and [redacted] and also the title to my vehicle. I have yet to be able to register my vehicle per Virginia State guidelines. It will be 2 months that I have had the said vehicle. All I want is my title for my SUV that I was promised after I set them the rest of the money and also the 450 that was already agreed upon with [redacted] spoke with [redacted] via cell phone conversation since he is the owner. I have tried contacting him for 6 day.

Review: On April 2nd, 2013 I purchased a used truck from E-Car Garage. On that day, they were having the truck inspected and I was to receive that inspection report when I arrived at 4:30 pm. When I arrived the salesperson ([redacted]) did not have the copy but had indicated to my wife and myself that there was a tire rod issue and she had them repair it. She had then indicated to us that she would provide us with that inspection report and the repairs completed by that evening. We test drove the vehicle that day and decided to purchase it for $7,800. This price was based on a contract with items to be provided (complete jack set with key tube if possible) and that she verbally said she would send us the copy of the inspection report, along with the repairs she did by that evening. After several weeks of phone calls and texts for those items, we never received anything. I then went and had the car MD inspected by [redacted] and they had indicated there was a tire rod issue only. I had asked [redacted] to double check to see if there had been any work on any of the tire rods and they said there had been nothing done. I even took it to another shop and they had said the same thing. I contacted E-Car-Garage ([redacted]) and told her that she had fooled me and there was never any tire rod work completed. I told her that she should take care of this and that I would send her the estimates. She then indicated after receiving the estimates that they would only contribute $400.00 for the repair of the tire rod issue. I had the work done and the cost was $763.24. I then later sent them the estimate for the complete jack set without labor for $1,010.94. They never responded. I have texted them and emailed them again and still no response. I would like to recover $763.24 that I was fooled into believing had been completed prior to the purchase of the vehicle and the $1,010.94 per our contract agreement.Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to recover the $763.24 for work that was supposedly already done prior to the purchase. I would also like to have the complete jack set with possible key tube, which I have provided them with the estimate of $1,010.94. I believe that I am owed $1,774.18.Thank you, [redacted]
