Review: I bought a car at E-Carz Dealership I bought a car on Saturday, July 21, 2012. They dispose the car on August 3. The car payment was due on August 4 at middle night. So means that they did not have the right to dispose my car. I feel like they are trying to scam me for keeping my money. But I will take very far I can.We are in America I have my rights and I will fight for it.

this customer purchased the vehicle from the dealer on july 21st,2012, he financed through the dealer, he was supposed to have full coverage insurance on the car, which he never provided nor did he have any placed on the car. He also had to pay down payment that was due on August 4th. The customer came to the dealer a day before payment was due to explain that he could not pay the following day, he was told at the time of purchase that down payments have to be paid the date they are due! This customer assaulted my salesperson , and I had to call the Sacramento Police Depart. to have him escorted off the dealer lot, he also took all his possessions in the vehicle. After all this the dealer still gave him a chance to pay and provide insurance in order to get his car back. he is not willing to pay or provide insurance, he is not willing to cooperate with the dealer!. At this point the vehicle has been repossessed. Customer is aware, and he has recieved a certified letter already. Thank you

Review: Everything was going fine with my car except two weeks after I been driving it the check engine light appeared. Also a few days ago I discovered my car on a website looking brand new not wrecked and the dealer is not try to accomidate any reasonable solution. I tried contacting him several times but all he did was put me off but expected my payments. Original price even stated [redacted].Desired Settlement: Either give me a refund or lower over all payments [redacted] becuase I feel that its not worth paying for.

Review: Date of purchase for a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan was 06/14/13. Same day install windshield for $120.0 on Sat. 06/15/2013 car broke down cause by electrical problems & transmission bad.

06/15/13 Call dealer spoke to [redacted] about car problem. He said that he will have hte tow yard towing to take it back to fix it, n never did. 06/17/13 Jump started brought back to E-Carz office 320 N. 19th st.

06/18/13 call to follow up w. [redacted] to fix 06/20/13 call [redacted] again he said I have to pay 50% of repair cost of trans. for $1,200. I was disagreed.

I told [redacted] to give me $$ back, he said car owner did not give a refund 06/22/13 called e-carz/ [redacted] go no answer

Desired Settlement: We want a refund of the $1,100.00 down payment and the $120.00 we paid for the new windshield.

Review: Salesman sold me a vehicle as is 2,000 over blue book price withheld information that the vehicle had been in a major accident.

Financed a 2000 dodge caravan on 10/19/2012 as is with no warranty. Sales rep was roy. Vehicle price was lied about over phone was told 2,995.00 cash price got to shop charged me 5000.00 cash and with financing 8000 which is 2000 over blue book I was told that was due to in house financing. I put 1000 down on vehicle charged me very high interest and monthly payments. I was told nothing was wrong with van no accidents. Took the van straight home from lot and transmission fluid poured out all over. took the van back down to get money back. rep had left with my money and would not fix. police were called another rep that was at the lot said they would fix the problem the next day on 10/20/12. Went down to the lot the next day rep (roy) was there he had said it was a transmission line. I had asked the day I bought the van if it was in an accident and roy said "no" upon going back down there the next day I asked him again if it had been in an accident he said "no", it was in a fender bender. I asked him if it was salvaged he would not tell me he said go pay for the car fax and find out.I asked multiple times for the owners name and number and he would not give it to me. Desired Settlement: I would like my down payment of $1,000.00 back and the contract canceled, or the option to purchase the contract cancelation and cancel the contract.

Any vehicles sold with financing will be sold with interest charges, all interest and fees are calculated based on credit rating, most of our customers do not have sufficient credit to get the best interest rates and prices, we help establish people in the market. All of ours vehicles are sold AS Is, We are willing to work with [redacted], all she needs to do is call the dealer.Once you purchase a vehicle it can not be returned.

customer should call the dealer, and address the situation.

Review: I purchased/financed a car on 07/25/12. They wanted $2100.00 down. I gave them $1300. and promised to pay the remaining down. They called only a few days later to ask for the remaining $800.00, I only had $200.00. Two more days later the came and repossessed the car!. They wouldn't even let me get my wife's belonging out when I asked. They stole all our stuff. Why would I only pay $200.00 if they were still going to repo the car anther 2 days later.Desired Settlement: I want all of our stuff back from out of the car and my down payment back. This is shady business.

this customer purchased the vehicle from the dealer on july 25th, 2012 he financed throught the dealer and had to provide full coverage insurance, which the customer never did, even with numerous calls and letters, it was never provided to the office. The customer is aware of when the down payment is due, the customer had to pay $800.00 on July 31st, 2012. He made a 200 dollar payment on August 1st,2012. The customer made all kinds of excuses about making his payments,he never contacted the office for any further payment arrangement. The customer was told that down payments are due in full on the due date, no exceptions. Customer parked the car two blocks away from the dealer, when he came on August 1st,2012 which was very suspicious behavior. The customer has signed documents that attest to the full coverage insurance being provided in a timely manner to the dealer, and the down payment being paid also. The customer was given all his belongings in the car, he came to the dealer and picked it up, [redacted] was sent a certified letter, and he can get his vehicle back once he pays all late fees, storage and repo fees, and provides full coverage insurance with the dealer as the lienholder.
