Well I have been on auto-renew premium membership for years.. Last Wednesday they debited my bank account for the premium subscription and then non-renewed my account so I just get the free version of e-chords which keeps telling me to upgrade to premium. Trying to get the to respond to my dilemma is like pulling teeth. They do have an F rating with the BBB. It can't be that hard to not non-renew a customer when they have had no lapse in payment.
E-CHORDS.COM just ripped me off for $24.45.
I tried to get my money back and they said "you have auto renew setup in paypaf"
I didn't setup auto renew on payment. They did. It's such a ripoff.
Only reason we knew we even had been ripped off is I got the $24.45 pulled from my checking account by some [redacted] called Peter M.J. My wife did a google on his name and it went to the Revdex.com is the only reason we know who he was.
Make sure if you use paypal (they aren't your pal) that you go into account settings and turn off auto renewals.
