Review: Company charged me 99.95 for a trial package that was listed as 4.95. When I called them they told me "trial period had expired". Pkg arrived 1/23/14

As above, when I called telling them that I had not received pkg and asked how the trial period had lapsed, I was not given an answer. Pkg arrived on1/22/14. I called again today 1/23/14, was given a different address to send it back to by a very rude customer service rep. I asked for a return label to be sent to me as the agent wanted me to put my name, address, phone number and email address on package wth their ram number. Request was denied. I do not feel that I should cover cost of return as in ad it states 100 percent satisfaction. This company has not only taken my money for a product that I did not have nor did I agree to the 99.95 charge and has caused me undue stress. I need my money refunded and a return label sent to me. The return I address is not the same as address as stated above. The address on package is the 43 N 1330 W Orem Utah, 84058. Please help me to receive label for return and refund.

Review: Was. Charged99.95dollars was tooken out of my bank account with no aurtherized when I called to dispute these charges I was told that the product was shipped and I would have to send it back in order to get my money back I told them I never received anything and why would I pay For something to be returned that I do not have or gave permission to be tooken out of my bank I also told them I was contacting my bank to report this as fraud and to stop this traansation from going thru. And I wasgoing to report them to Revdex.com and that is when they hung up on me..

Review: e-Cig Vapor charged my credit card $45.99 after I cancelled my account with them...

e-Cig vapor sent me an email advertising a trial kit of its product for just $4.99...No where in the email nor in the ordering process were any future charges mentioned...

I got an email confirming my order that indicated that my account with e-Cig had been put on auto ship, meaning that they would simply charge my account whenever THEY wanted to ship me more of their product...I called them even before I got my trial offer in the mail to cancel this, and the customer service rep I spoke with told me that no more future charges would appear on my credit card unless I called to order more of e-Cig Vapor's product and a confirmation email would be sent to me...

I waited 36 hours for the confirmation email and had to call e-Cig Vapor back when I did not receive it...I was referred to a higher department and a male employee told me that I was definitely removed from autoship, that no more charges would appear on my credit card from e-Cig...But once again I did not receive this email so I called a

third time this morning...I was told by a female employee that her computer reflected that I would receive no more charges from that company...

I got home from my errands after I called e-Cig and found that e-Cig had charged my credit card another $45.99!...I had to cancel my credit card and ordered a new one to prevent this from happening again...NOW I NEED MY $45.99 BACK IMMEDIATELY!...I AM NOT RICH AND NEED EVERY PENNY I HAVE!Desired Settlement: refund of $45.99
