I am rejecting this response because: The agreement was treatments and u would honour the groupon deal which was $for treatments not your flyer deal now that has nothing to do with this!!! When you say rest of the treatments it means I have more more with you so do the math! And fyi I wanted brazilian and u didnt even do the full first treatment because u had to pick up your child and u said u would do that part and I had trestments thereDon't try and sneak the deal you have on your flyer now because that deal wasn't on before it was the grouipon deal.

We were closed from may to may , I remembered this Client calling but whenever I called back there was no answer, I couldn't left voicemail because her phone don't have voicemail setup, so when I left For my vacations that was out of country, I left my voicemail saying that we are
closed for may to May 15, so my all clients know that we are not open between those days , so somehow whenever my clients start calling to me to book appointments they can't hear the voicemail only just ringing so I was not aware that this is happening because my business number that was transferred to my cell number it dint go through, and when groupon emailed me , I answered them about my phone voicemailI suppose my client assumed that I am ignoring her, but this was not the case, we are here do our business in good ways , I am still willing to complete her all treatments and sorry for the inconvenience
