In November of 2012 I ordered several ballasts. When I checked on my order there had been to many items shipped and my account was charged too much. I contacted the company and told them of the discrepancy. They told me that it had already shipped and that I could return the excess for a refund. I did return the excess amount immediately after they arrived. According to my tracking number and correspondence from the company those ballasts were received back at the company. There was a dispute as to the condition that the ballasts were received. I contend that they were returned properly packaged and the company disagreed. I petitioned my credit card company for a refund. Ultimately my credit card was refunded. I no longer have any obligation to this company.

E-Company Services' answer is not true. We still demand a full refund of our money. E-Company services manipulated their credit card company to withdraw funds from our bank account by making false claims. E-Company services owes us the full amount as requested before.
