The business apologizes for the inconvenience. They recently transitioned databases and have had some hurdles, though all is well now. They confirmed that this consumer's order was canceled, and his card was never charged. The issue is resolved.

Poor unethical business practice and customer service!! I purchased from this outfit couple times and they offer good products but always seem to be out of stock. I have placed good size orders for my business so I should be considered "good" customer but guess not. I recently placed an order with 10% off coupon code they sent me in email and to my surprise, few days later I get another code with 15% off. Items I ordered barely arrived and I have not even opened any of it and here I receive coupon that gives better discount!! So I called them and asked them how is it fair that you give more discount now that I ordered items just last week. Like any other decent business, you expect them to adjust discount and honor 15% since I was returning customer with large size order that just happened 7 days before!! Not really!! They gave me BS answer that they can not go back and apply 15% discount code to my order, really?? All you have to do [redacted] is to simply give me 5% refund on my order, how hard that is? I also warned them that this will make it to online review so you decide what is better, 5% discount to customer who already purchased your items and make them happy or not do anything? You are reading this so you can decide how "customer service" oriented they are and what they think of customers. I spent over 3k at this place and this is how I got treated so think before you make a large purchase because if something goes wrong with item you ordered, you know what kind of customer service you are going to get.
