Dear [redacted] *** This email is in reference to complaint ID [redacted] submitted by Mrs [redacted] We have read the complaint and have been in contact with Mrs [redacted] even prior to this.We are currently working on all the things mentioned in her letter so they meet her expectationsWe at no point abandoned our customer Instead we have made efforts tocontinue work on the property even after it had undergone and passed a inspection by city official building inspectorAs well obtained a signed completion agreementby Mrs [redacted] herselfBoth these are put in place to ensure that we not just as a business but as licensed contractors are meeting all building code requirements.Along with the completion certificate a phone call is also made on behalf of a partner company of ours this is done to both confirm that work is completed directlyby the homeowner as well as for them to express any trouble or problems they had with the work doneAll this takes place before we are able to move forward and be paid on thejobConsidering Mrs [redacted] finalized and approved both we ask that it be taken into consideration that we still are currently undergoing work to fix any misunderstandings or work thatshe now does not approve ofWe are more than happy to provide you with a copy of both the signed city inspection form as well as the signed completion certificateIf there is any more informationor questions you need or may have please give us a call or email us Sincerely , E Conservation Construction Savi Ranch Pkwy Suite CYorba Linda Ca
