[redacted], as we spoke on the phone, Cambria and Kitchen Master apologize for the template error causing the sink to be off center. We have processed a rush order to have the sink error resolved. We went ahead and installed the tops so you could connect your plumbing. As we also discussed...

you had elected to disconnect and reconnect your plumbing and cook top on your own per your agreement and change order you signed. When we arrived to install we had to disconnect both. While discussing this with you on the phone you continued to use foul and inappropriate language, demanding compensation. You also called Cambria upset that your cook top was not reconnected even though you knew this was your responsibility. Since we were not hired or paid for disconnecting your cook top or plumbing we did so as a courtesy. It’s a fair for you to connect the plumbing. As soon as the top is remade it will be our highest priority to have it installed.See attached "Scope" clearly says what is not included. Signed by customer.See attached "Change Order" that demo was added and clearly says plumbing was not included. Signed by customer.See attached "Policies" that again what is not included and our "Do It Right Policy" which clearly says we belive in fixing and we dont offer compensation. Signed by customer.

While on the phone with Kitchen Masters I was told they would make good on their promise and install the countertop when it is cut and able to be installed. In my opinion, this isn't making us whole at all. My family has no plumbing in our kitchen until the new countertop is installed. We were prepared to install the plumbing after the job was complete. We were not prepared to install plumbing that would need to be ripped out, then reinstalled again. I have the ability to set up plumbing once installed correctly. The piping and positioning will allow for it. I do not have the expertise to reconfigure the piping to meet the guidelines for the inexact top. Thus, we do not have access to a faucet, garbage disposal, or dishwasher in our kitchen until this is resolved. Given that my family will not have access to the kitchen for a minimum of a week, I asked if they would do us the courtesy of waving the install price for plumbing to the sink. It seemed like a small ask given my wife and 4 week your old baby girl would be inconvenienced significally by the exclusive supplier of kitchen masters inability to measure correctly. I was met with arrogance and self entitledment over the phone. I was told to appreciate the work they had done and given little remorse for any mistakes made. This did make me upset. I lost my cool which isn't in my nature. I was upset due to the disappointment of my wife, and the fact I couldn't clean my babies bottles in my sink. I'd simply like them to install the plumbing once the new countertops arrive. This to me is a bargain given the inconvenience we've experienced.
