Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was placed in a rental days after the car went inI also asked the service manager if Hyundai had approved the engine prior to me putting down the $deposit for the rental and the service manager said he thought Hyundai was closed because they weren’t answering their phones and I should hear something by Monday because it typically takes 24-hours for Hyundai to approve these enginesIt’s Monday at 3:47pm and I have yet to have a courtesy call about my vehicle’s engine status or Hyundai Sincerely, [redacted]

Good Morning, I have spoken with *** *** last month and explained that Hyundai only uses refurbished radio's for warranty claims*** *** had an issue with the radio and it was replaced under warranty with a re manufactured Hyundai radioBecause certain part
numbers will fit multiple year cars there is no way to know what year radio we will get when the part is orderedThe radio is working fine and I explained that most Manufacturers use remanufactured partsEngines, transmissions, alternators to name a fewPlease feel free to contact me with any questions*** *** Service ManagerThank you

I am rejecting this response because: I was placed in a rental 3 days...

after the car went in... I also asked the service manager if Hyundai had approved the engine prior to me putting down the $50 deposit for the rental and the service manager said he thought Hyundai was closed because they weren’t answering their phones and I should hear something by Monday because it typically takes 24-48 hours for Hyundai to approve these engines... It’s Monday at 3:47pm and I have yet to have a courtesy call about my vehicle’s engine status or Hyundai.

The customer has come in and resigned paperwork. She now knows her payment and who her lien holder is. She left very happy and both sides feel this situation has been resolved. Please feel free to contact me if any additional information is needed. Thank you.
