Good Morning Michelle, I just wanted to reply in regards to the complaint #*** Customer *** ***Ms*** came to our location in Goodyear shopping for some Landscaping blocksShe visited our store several times before making a decisionShe decided on our Lakeland block
in the Barcelona colorThis block comes in sizes of 12” , 8”, and a 4”She was working with Kihley our sales rep and she decided on all three pieces for her projectWe set her up for a delivery to have all the pallets deliveredWhen we arrived on the day of delivery Ms*** changed her mind on the product she orderedShe wanted us to bring the small blocks (8” and 4”) back and bring out more 12” blocksWe said we could swap them out, but there would be an additional delivery chargeShe was not happy with that and elected to have all the material dropped offI have a message in to Ms*** to try and work out a resolution, but have not heard back from her yetI will continue to try and reach herPlease let me know if I can help out in any other way.
