I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I have provided my documentation, which appears to be only reviewed by Maroadi Transfer and not the Revdex.com, or possibly there is just no response from the Revdex.com.
The packing day is not in question but it keeps being addressed. The Saturday moving day where I watched several men stand around waiting for an elevator when stairs were available is in question. Since that has been overlooked and the Company is not responding to it, I'll move on from this complaint. Please know I do not feel it was adequately addressed and I feel the business practices are not ethical.

September 11, 2017Revdex.comServing Western PA400 Holiday Drive, Suite 220Pittsburgh, PA 15220To whom it may concern;In response to your response to Complaint ID #[redacted] see below. Our salesman was asked to provide two quotes one on a Friday with Maroadi packing and one on a Saturday with the customer packing. The customer moved on Saturday and Maroadi provided the packing. The packing was quoted as $1080.00. If you add the packing to the quote, the estimated cost was $7,267.89. The total cost was $7,611.21 this is a difference of $343.32, The quote is very easy to read and the costs are all labeled!There was a staircase available and the driver decided to wait for the elevator and keep working in place of carrying small cartons up and down flights which would have added more time. Boxes don't take up much space and with a professional loading the elevator that would not have been the decision a 20+ driver/supervisor would make. Our people are professionals and when they must make a decision like the one they made that day, I must believe they made the best decision for our customer and what they had to load. The difference is one hour and by law this is very acceptable in the moving industry.Maroadi Transfer & Storage, Inc has been in business for 50 years and is a preferred mover by many in the City.
