On March 23, we e-mailed an estimate with two shower door options for the Master BathThis estimate had an illustration of the frameless shower enclosure included with it which had listed the same description of the frameless on the estimateThe semi-frameless has a completely different
descriptionIf they had read the estimate they would have immediately realized that the frameless description is clearly not the same as the Century CentecThis client had a similar semi frameless door installed by us in and should have known what a “Semi Frameless” door entailedThe size of the door opening was never brought up as a concern by this clientIf they had brought that issue up, we would of addressed it immediatelyThe door size on the frameless sketch regardless, states "approximate size"The shower enclosure is installed with anchors and was never unsafeWe gave them complete credit for their dissatisfaction for the mirrorIn accordance with the contract that they accepted with us, they received that products that they signed off on and agree too

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is acceptable. I am glad that the dishonesty and shoddy business practice of Innovative Closets were exposed. Mr Bill S was misleading and rude and its apparent that his company did not complete my job as you observed via the video. But he went ahead and charged me for the job even after I disputed it.

I am rejecting this response because:
The response is absolutely false. The shower door received is not the one that we ordered. We received a picture of what we now know was a frameless door with our contract  that we accepted. Not knowing this, we received a semi frameless door that was a totally different size than the sketch that we agreed to. Next, the door that was installed was not complete. The glass panes are not secure. There is no silicone/fastening that makes the glass secure. I cannot open or close the door as the shower is unsafe and the glass is loose. It is totally 100% unsafe for my family and my 5 and 3 years old kids. when I explained the above to the company and explained that I was unhappy, the owner immediately charged me on my credit card in full. The charges were made and the job was not complete and it is still incomplete. I cannot use my shower door in its current state. Also, the mirror install was wrong and I was reimbursed for that. However, my newly constructed and painted wall was damaged from the mirror and it was not fixed by this company.I have gotten quotes to finish Innovative Closets job regarding securing the glass shower door panes at $300.  Also I received a quote to spackle and paint my walls at an additional $300. This is not right. The company charged me in full for a job that was not complete. Also they left damage on my newly constructed walk that I was not compensated for. I ha e a brand new bathroom and I have not yet been able to use it and it is causing strain and stress on my entire family.
