Close my account no big deal, My social security direct deposit went to my ol close account will not let me pick up the money,will not send it back to the treasury today
Horrible! They advertise your transaction will be good the same business day! We all have seen their postings! Well customers beware of this information/ advertising they present as a truth! This may be the case for some but definitely not all! We have accounts with them and have been customers for several years and the quality of service as declined severally! We are slowly moving away from them, because loyalty means absolutely nothing to this bank! They have taken it out of their morals and ethics as a business and bank! The security of our account has been compromised, unexplainably several times and never any solutions on their part! I would definitely recommend other banks!
I purchased a tractor trailer and equipment at Farm Fest on October through Central Bank of the Ozarks in the amount of the note prior of a principal balance of
$21, I paid faithfully on the debt on May 25, The other party on the note refinanced the debt for $17,without my knowledge The bank never contacted me about the matter or even did not give me a copy of the payoff agreement As we speak I'm out over $4,that I paid
Bank's technology not greatTheir online banking system does not work well with QuickbooksI recently had a fraud alert on my debit card, but instead of contacting me, they waited for me to call and verify I made online purchases ( I did)In the meantime, my card was disabled
It would be great if they had the ability to upload checks from a smartphone like other banks do
I am just tired of these overdraft feesI have emailed and chatted with a few customer service people who have told me they will remove the fees but they are still thereI just do not understand how difficult it is to just deny a transaction instead of paying it and then charge me $what year is this that banks are so greedy still charging this? Makes no senseIt is pure greed
When my air conditioner went out the temperature in the house quickly started rising. I had been referred to E&E Gliddon by another happy customer who said they were a good company. I spoke to Paul and they quickly dispatched a technician. Paul seemed very experienced and knowledgeable and gave me a fair price. His technician, John, had it fixed within an hour. I won't hesitate to call them again for all my air conditioning and electrical needs. Thanks guys!!
