Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We weren't even given a week to obtain insurance The vehicle was covered by full coverage insurance just not under his name but by me as the cosigner Not even a week had passed by, why can't we atleast get our money back? I took these young kids to obtain their first vehicle on their own and El Paisano made it easy for them, convinced them that it would be no problem for him to get insurance knowing he didn't have a licenseTheir manager [redacted] even recommended Progressive insurance stating that she had just obtain cheap insurance there, and they don't even accept drivers with a drivers licenseWhat's the next step or is this it? Dear Revdex.com Corporate Office,*** *** has been our customer since June, 06, and she's currently paying on her Nissan Rogue loanShe contacted us on October 20, 2016, requesting to mail out the title to her, she never mentioned to send her a copy of the titleWe advised *** ***
that she's still paying on her loan, we are unable to mail the title out to her witout paying off her loan, however we have no problem sending her a paper copy of the titleIf you have any further questions or concerns feel free to contact us.Sincerely, *** ***

I represent E & E Paisano Motors and Mr*** and I have prepared the following response to your consumers complaintAs far as the response for why the vehicle was repossessed, the vehicle was repossessed because the buyer of this vehicle was not able to acquire insurance as required by his
contract and state law for the Ford Explorer VIN# ***As the primary driver of the vehicle, the consumer in question was required to obtain insurance to cover my clients collateral in the event of a collision while driving the carUnfortunately he was unable to do so, and accordingly, this was a breach of not only the installment contract but also the delivery and acceptance and the agreement to furnish insurance. This consumer was given one extension of time to acquire the insurance when he expressed to the dealership he was having difficulties acquiring the required insurance but unfortunately, he was still unable to so despite the dealerships good faithIn addition, I have a copy of the consumers drivers license that was provided at the time of salePlease let me know if there is anything else my client can provide you to further review this incident

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The Duval County Tax Collector Office requested a copy of the title via mail on May 31, 2016 and your Dealership Manager responded that this was not going to be provided (please see attached) due that there was a lien on the vehicle.
E & E Motors should take ownership and follow through when a complaint is being filed against them. It is very unprofessional not to admit that you made a mistake with a Customer that has paid on time. Please send a copy of the title to the me and the Duval county tax collector agency with the attached form dated on 5/31/2016.
