t would be difficult to say this company provides terrible service considering they are impossible to get to show upAt First, owner, Ed seemed to be a great business person I would be working withBut his company might be the most poorly run I have ever seenHe has incompetent workers that didn't show up for my weekly cleaning that was scheduled and he had no idea about it until I had to call/text him several times to tell him about it(Out of weeks of service that was supposed to happen, only the first week was serviced and the guy didnt come until after 6pm on a Friday) He promised me multiple times to make it right even offering me the first month of service to be free...but I didn't think free meant never actually coming to service my pool! His last promise was to personally come to my house to service the pool this past FridayNot only did he not show up, he still has not returned one of my many calls/texts throughout the day on FridayI would NEVER in a million years rec
