I talked to*** my manager and he stated that this customer told him she came two months ago to buy a back tire,*** does not remember that, this time she came with a flat front tire with no sensor inside the tireShe insisted there was a
sensor but there was notShe started to be very aggressive against*** and left
I don't understand why she waited two months to come back, and like I said last time she came it was the front tire and with no sensor inside

I do not except this response because the first time I went to e&e tires with my husband,*** did fix my front tire and the second time he fixed the back tire and now he doesn't rememberWhen I spoke with him about the tire the second time I went there with my husband, he said it would be fine and that the tires are probably unbalanced, then he added air to the tires and said that the tpms light would shut off by itself but it never didThats when I returned to him less then a week later and asked him if could he check to see what was wrong with the previous tire he gave meHe then took the tire off and told me there was no system on the tire, and tried to blame the missing system on an old dent I had in my rim from two years agoI did not get aggressive with him, he actually was rather rude to me about the whole situation which prompted me to file a complaint with the Revdex.comI waited two months because I was out of town and was unable to get back to the tire place within a reasonable amount of time, but I did call multiple times, with no answer from the place of businessEven after the incident with ***, I called the place of business and still no answer
