Review: On December 29, 2011, Scott A[redacted], owner of A[redacted]'S E & E TREE SERVICE, were hired to down three trees in my yard and top off a Sycamore tree.They downed the three trees but due to he conditions decided to complete the topping of the Sycamore the next day due to its timely involvement. A check was given to him for $500 in advance of completion, that day, but he never returned the next day December 30th. Numerous, at lest a 100 phone calls have been made to his # ###-###-####, but he has either blocked my # or ignores it I guess. I even went so far as to confront him at his residence but he had two other men with him and told me he hadn't been checking his messages [really 100 of them] lately. I didn't want to push the issue. So it has been 2 and a half years and the tree is dangerously high over my house.Desired Settlement: COMPLETION of job hired for or a PARTIAL REFUND.
