have been forwarded to me as the funeral director in charge of the arrangement. 
 
In regards to your complaint, during the same period we were handling your sister's arrangements, we also had another arrangement for a [redacted]. Unfortunately, our death certificate specialist, [redacted], did not clarify with you which [redacted] you were inquiring about which led to a long road of incorrect information.
 
Again, I deeply apologize for our inefficiencies which caused you undeserved aggravation and confusion. Over the last one hundred years of funeral service to the greater Cleveland area, we have tried our best to help families make the initial steps of the grieving process as effortless as possible understanding how difficult that road might become. 
 
I am sorry you felt the need to contact the Revdex.com to handle your complaint instead of coming to me initially, but your comments will be shared with our staff as a teaching moment.
