I am writing to you in response to your letter regarding a complaint you received with an ID of [redacted]. We truly feel that this compliant is false, and we would like to thank the Revdex.com for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. I will address both complaints separately. 1 - Mr. accusing us of...

denying damage to his furniture. I have attached a copy of Mr.'s claim form that we received from him on 10/20/15. Our claims adjuster, Linda G. started the process to address the 4 items that Mr. was claiming received damage during the move. She contacted [redacted]
[redacted] to schedule an inspection of these items. We have attached a copy of their inspection and report for your attention. It was found that the only items that truly were damaged during transit were the 3 plastic cubes, which we have sent Mr. a check in the amount of $300.00 as claimed for those items. As per the inspection report, the other items that Mr. is claiming, were not damaged during transit, and have been denied. Linda never once hung upon Mr. during any of their many phone conversations pertaining to the claims. 2 - Mr. claiming that we are responsible for $6000.00 bill for "move in crew". I have attached acopy of an invoice that I received from Mr. on 7/29/15, written from [redacted] Co to [redacted]. From my understanding, this is a local company that they have hired on numerous occasions to move items at their new home. We have never been in contact with this company to request any services from them. We provide our own labor for all jobs and never, never, never request a customer to provide labor for loading/unloading their goods. I have explained this to Mr. during more than one conversation.
