Review: I applied for and was granted a loan through e-finance (Sierra Lending) on July 14, 2014. To date, the funds have never been deposited into my banking account and the lender continues to insist they are "tracing" the funds. The due date on repayment of loan is rapidly approaching and I am getting nowhere in dealing with these people. The won't cancel the loan; they continue to insist they can't forward the money to my account until the original funds are returned to them from wherever they allegedly went (I believe they were never sent); they constantly advise that a mgr. will call me - a mgr. has never called me; and, last night when I spoke with representative she said they would start all over, then transferred my call to that department and then I was on hold for over 60 mins. No one ever picked up the call and they closed the call center down for the night shortly thereafter. At this point I just want them to cancel the loan and cease any attempt to withdraw repayment funds from my bank account. I would also like the Revdex.com to give this company a bad rating. Thank you for your consideration in this regard.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate any assistance in getting the loan cancelled and an email notification to me from the company advising of same.
