I am rejecting this response because:
The response is exactly what I expected and is why I fired this lawyer to begin with. I've done my research and a lawyer is to be available to clients at all times for updates, questions, etc. This Ms. [redacted] was NEVER available in any way at any time.
All the costs she claims or "thinks" were accumulated is not valid. As I stated before, I spoke with Ms. [redacted] on our 1st appointment, once again in her office and once on the phone when I was in a pulmonary appt being diagnosed with COPD.
Other than that she was "too busy" for me.
Ms. [redacted] DID NOT expedite anything as far as my case. I did ALL the leg work on that through my senator and a woman, who I will not say her name, from the Disability Determination Services. Ms. [redacted] assistant didn't even know about this. I emailed [redacted] a couple correspondence between The Senator to show [redacted] the work I was doing for her.
Her assistants weren't ever able to give me any updates on their part because there weren't any.
Ms. [redacted] is extremely unprofessional and quite rude in her practice to call names. How childish of her. This is not a games. I am not "disturbed", I am irritated of her actions and lack of support and work untendered. She is dealing with peoples lives and I just hate the thought of her continuing to do this to others that are desperately in need of honest help in which she does not provide.
As far as some writing on her office walls, sounds like she upset yet another client. And I imagine there are many more disappointed clients that had to go elsewhere for help not provided my Ms. [redacted].
In any case I didn't need her anyway as it turns out, as I won my own case and feels great about it.

This leaves $338. Ms. [redacted] made at least one other visit to my office without an appointment (we think it was two but they were not recorded because she just walked in) which is another $178 which leaves a balance of $160 to compensate me for telephone calls on 10/23/14, 10/24/14, 11/11/14 (personal conversation with me exceeding 1/4 hour or $89), 11/24/14, 11/26/14, 12/16/14, 1/6/15 (personal conversation with me exceeding 1/4 hour or $89) leaving a negative balance. My SSA Disability claim was drlopped by inadequate representation after an ALJ hearing. Then for months I seeked representation and couldn't find a lawyer to represent me until I found Mary Ellen Felps. At the initial consultation when she accepted my case she thoroughly went over mistakes the ALJ had made. So now I feel I have a good chance of winning the case I am entitled to. Don't try a SSA claim without an attorney as your representative. SSA will loose documents and lie.
