Review: After sub flooring was replaced , vinyl flooring & lanolem buckeled up ( like walking on a balloon) ,nails or screws showing through vinyl. after many calls to
Mr. Forrest , on Apr. 12 he said he would meet with me Apr. 14 @5:00 , didn't show up or call. I called again that day & on Apr. 15 , no reply. Electric wire for baseboard heater had been cut short so he didn't hook it up. I got Electrician to wire up it up Apr. 16 at a cost of $45. I had flooring Co. come look at it Apr.16 , they said lanolem and vinyl would have to come up and be replaced appox. $975.Desired Settlement: have flooring co. remove & replace flooring & Mr. Forrest pay for it .

I hired this company to repair and repaint my metal roof this summer. The quote was reasonable and they could start work that week. They came to powerwash my roof- there was no scraping as was outlined in the description to me- and finished in less than an hour. The next day they came to paint the roof and were done in less than two hours. When I commented on this to the foreman he said that they could do this quickly due to their equipment. He also (correctly) identified where the worst leak was and said they had repaired it. The paint job dried very patchy looking and it is a very thin layer of paint when it should be thick. They then tried to pressure me into allowing them to paint other parts of my roof, but I would not allow them to. When Fall came with heavy rains, my roof leaked WORSE than it had before. It took me two months to get in touch with the company owner and he promised to come on November 5 to fix it. Needless to say, they did not show up. It is December and they were to come yesterday or today to fix the roof and they have cancelled. I am very disappointed and feel I am being taken advantage of.
