To whom it concerns,
On November 2nd , 1-800-GOT-JUNK? went back to finish job on $TV sale, Mr*** paid cash for servicesHe told us at the door that we were good and he would not file a complaint.
The TV of concern cost would be
$198.00, Since he was told over phone from our national call center it would be $we completed serviceWe always inspect item in person before we removeAdjust price if neededNever do we promise over phone a priceThe Call Center agent has been reminded of this and we are taking steps to further coach him on his job

The business response from Rex [redacted] was received on 11.16.2015 and includes numerous inaccuracies to which I will address.
1. After the original complaint was filed and the complaint was sent to the business, David [redacted], Customer Experience Team for 1.800.GOTJUNK, called me and indicated that they would pick up the TV for the $58 charge originally quoted when the work was scheduled but that now they would only accept cash or a major credit card. They took the check option off the table.
2. Rachel and Mr. [redacted] both stated that $58 was the price for TVs less than 38" and $128 for TVs greater than 38". Mr. [redacted] writes that the normal charge is $198. The TV was a 36" Sony and was well described when originally scheduled and confirmed by Rachel in the scheduling notes.
3. Mr. [redacted] writes that the TV was picked up on November 2 and that I said that I would not file a complaint. The complaint had been filed on October 30th.
Mr. [redacted] would serve his customers better by being accurate and truthful.
